Our collection currently contains several Polish instruments from the 17th and 18th centuries, which we are subjecting to research. We are working on making some of the research results available on the website.

Also on the way is the publication of Jan Bartos’s Polish Violin in the Musée de la Musique in Paris, which describes the research on Polish violin exhibited in the Parisian museum.

In September 2022, we met with Balthazar Soulier of the Atelier Cels from Paris to examine the varnish of four Polish 17th- and 18th-century violins.
